I went to get a tire changed to today and realized I purchased the wrong size tire. Nigel is always so helpful and went above and beyond to get everything fixed for me.
NOT ENOUGH HANDICAP CARTS FOR THE CUSTOMERS EVER‼️‼️‼️‼️Watch prices, they have gone up on MANY ITEMS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Don't order ahead online‼️ They charge you right away for the order that you place, then someone picks the order, then they charge you the real price if not everything you ordered is exactly what they picked. That ties your money up for another week for the first order and you pay for the actual order you get. They often do not have exactly what you order online and when they substitute the system doesn't void the original cost it just charges you again ON TOP OF ORIGINAL COST... So you pay twice‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ not good business.Store staff have to deal with upset customers but this is a corporate issue that won't get fixed until more customers step up and complain and STOP ORDERING ONLINE IF YOU CAN'T OFFER TO PAY TWICE FOR THE ORDER. if you'll get your money back for first charge, maybe a week later😳 They take it out immediately but it takes up to a week, business days week, to get it back. Beware to the shopper who can't afford to tie that much money up for a week 😡
Had a greeter call my job to make a complaint on me while I wasn't at work, and the incident wasn't even affiliated with my job. I did contact HR and I will be following up on this by the end of the week. After being watched by the associates in the self checkout area, my entire transaction, scan for scan, she asked me to check my receipt, I showed her without her being able to see my card information, and she snatches it out of my hand and individually checks each item. After she started letting people go around me, I ask why would she ask to check my receipt when I was just watched by four other employees and she makes a smart reply, so I told her she wouldn't check another one, and I meant exactly that! I don't care what I have in my buggy. She calls my job and complains which was for what? I wasn't there! It's not my fault that the economy has made people lazy, and they can't scan those high price items in my cart! So you'd assume I steal it? That could be fixed if you'd go back to those watching us actually do the work.Hopefully HR did look into this, because as I said, I'm following up on this.

Reviews
Visitors to Walmart Supercenter have mixed experiences, with some expressing frustration over self-checkout processes and lack of customer service. Complaints range from issues with online orders, price discrepancies, limited handicap carts, and unhelpful staff. Some customers report feeling watched or mistreated by employees. However, there are positive notes on cleanliness after remodeling and helpful associates like Nigel who go above and beyond for customers.

No service whatsoever. Rude employees. Lanes you can't use. Do it yourself store. Why bother having employees if they're all gonna stand around doing nothing and being pissy and absorbed in their phones. Seriously.
I absolutely cannot stand the new checkout lines, every employee is new because they finally got rid of the ones they had to probably pay benefits for. I just hope that they stay on top of the self checkouts while they have us rounded up in cattle lines
